St Mac Nissius Church Mass will be celebrated on Monday mornings at 9.15am instead of Tuesdays this change will take effect from Monday 28th November 2011. St Joseph’s Church Mass time will be changed on Fridays from 9.30am to 7.00pm. This change will take effect from Friday 2nd December 2011.

In Lurigancho prison the first reaction to her death was one of total devastation. One of prisoners expressed his reaction in a letter:
“Minutes before Sister Juanita was taken hostage I was speaking to her when she came with a packet sent in with her by my mother. I can still see her eyes which reached to eternity. Her love, pure and gentle, which reflected her great love for people. Her spirit of kindness and sacrifice towards us prisoners will be my most precious memory.” Julio
